Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within Thailand only.

Delivery options and costs

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices on this site are in Thai baht (THB).

Processing and delivery times

• We pack and send orders within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed.
• Once sent, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your area.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays. Orders paid on a weekend or public holiday are sent from the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed. Remote areas and busy periods, such as festivals and long holidays, can take longer.

Carriers and tracking

We send parcels with Thai carriers such as Thailand Post, KEX Express (Kerry) and Flash Express. When your order ships, we’ll email you the carrier name and tracking number. You can also find them on the order page in your account.

Picking up in store

If you choose pickup, we’ll contact you when your order is ready to collect. You can collect it during opening hours:

Please bring your order number.

Delivery problems

• Wrong address: please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away. We can correct it as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet.
• Parcel delayed or lost: if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of shipping, contact us and we’ll follow it up with the carrier. If the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund your order in full.
