About us
www.gracebannasan.com is run by Grace Foundation, trading as Grace Bannasan (“we”), at 10/1 Moo 1, Talat Yai, Doi Saket, Chiang Mai 50220, Thailand.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You can order without creating an account. If you sign in (with Google or an email code), you can see your order history, track parcels and request cancellations. Please keep access to your email and Google account secure.
Products and prices
- We sell books and printed materials, as described and pictured on each product page. The colours of a real cover may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
- All prices are in Thai baht (THB). The price shown is the price you pay, with nothing added except the shipping cost shown at checkout.
- We may change prices or stop selling a product without notice, but this never affects an order you’ve already paid for.
Orders and payment
- You pay by credit/debit card or PromptPay through Stripe, our payment provider.
- Your order is confirmed once we’ve received payment. An order that isn’t paid within 24 hours is cancelled automatically.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, when a price or product detail was shown in error, or when we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll tell you and refund it in full.
Delivery
We deliver within Thailand, or you can collect from the shop. Costs and timings are in our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can ask to cancel an order before we ship it, and return a damaged or wrong book within 7 days of receiving it. The details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
Free content on this site
The articles, ebooks and audiobooks on this site are free to read, download and listen to for personal study. Copyright stays with the authors and rights holders, so please don’t sell or republish them without permission.
Using the site
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to try to access systems or other people’s data without permission, and not to use payment details you aren’t authorised to use.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and the service available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here affects your rights under Thai consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this site when you placed it.
