Refund & Return Policy

We want every book to reach you in perfect condition. If something is wrong with your order, please get in touch and we’ll put it right.

Cancelling an order

  • Unpaid orders can be cancelled straight away from the order page in your account, at no cost. An order that isn’t paid, with its slip uploaded, within 24 hours is cancelled automatically.
  • Paid orders can’t be cancelled or refunded. Please check your books and delivery address before you pay. If a book arrives with a problem, you can still have it replaced or refunded, as described below.

What we accept for return

We accept a return in the following cases, as long as you tell us within 7 days of receiving your order (or collecting it from the shop):

  • The book was damaged in transit.
  • The book has a printing defect, such as missing, out-of-order or blank pages.
  • You received the wrong book, or your order arrived incomplete.

We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, or returns of a book ordered by mistake. Please check your order before you pay.

How to start a return

  1. Email gracebannasan@gmail.com or call 080-053-4556 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Tell us your order number (for example #A1B2C3D4) and what’s wrong, with photos of the book and the parcel.
  3. We’ll review it and reply within 2 business days. If we need the book back, we’ll tell you where and how to send it.

Return shipping: for damaged, defective or wrong items, the shop pays all return shipping costs.

Replacements and refunds

Once we’ve confirmed the problem, we’ll send you a replacement copy at no cost. If that book is out of stock, or you’d rather have your money back, we’ll refund the price of that book.

We refund by transfer to the bank account or PromptPay number you give us. Once we have it, we’ll send the money and email you proof of the transfer.

Ebooks and audiobooks

The ebooks and audiobooks on this site are free to download and listen to, with no charge, so they aren’t covered by this refund policy.
